Welcome to NOOLA. By accessing our storefront at shopnoola.in or purchasing our handloom sarees, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Authentic Handloom Craftsmanship
Every saree listed on NOOLA is handcrafted by traditional South Asian weavers. Because handloom weaves are crafted manually, slight variations in weave texture, yarn slubs, or color shading are natural characteristics of authentic handcrafting and add to the unique charm of every drape.
2. Product Pricing & Stock Availability
Prices listed on our storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update product prices or offer discounts without prior notice. Stock availability is updated in real-time, but in the rare event of stock unavailability, our boutique desk will contact you immediately for exchange or refund.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders delivered across India. Customers are expected to provide accurate delivery address details and phone numbers for verification prior to courier dispatch.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, brand logos, imagery, product titles, descriptions, and code on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of NOOLA. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Theni, Tamil Nadu.
